 Lalu yadav,a story  of poor 'gwala' from Gopalganj to Railway Minister quarter then to RIMS Hospital as a convicted politician for so called Fodder Scam. Once Lalu was in pivotal role in central Govt. Also but even after convicted in so called fodder scam he is in centre of bihar politics. Debaters can't discuss entire Legislative Election without taking his name ,yes that is 'our' Lalu Yadav .King of Bihar politics from last three decades.

Here 'our' is for those poor reserved category people once they were not allowed to sit in same level of upper caste people. Lalu was created by by backwards but those upper caste people played a role of catalyst. His funny speeches are still trending in youtube .  Growing up, all that I had heard from the mainstream English media and through hearsay was how Lalu Yadav, the former chief minister of Bihar was corrupt and that lawlessness was rampant when he was in charge of the state, directly or indirectly, from 1990-2005.

Bihar had become synonymous with lawlessness and his reign was described as ‘jungle raj’ by many.
